Zero Leakage System
TYJSeal Zero Leakage System made of fibrous flexible compounds, replaces compression packings in the stuffing box. This material evenly surrounds the shaft and works like a self lubricating and self cooling plug, eliminating pressure points. It is pressure treated to ensure uniform dispersion and ensures minimal friction. These non-asbes-tos packing materials can operate in applications of high temperature and pressure, any shaft speed and most known chemical products.

SEAL-TEX is a fast curing tape able to repair any piping- in 20 minutes – with only one man’s work- with minimal costs – without emptying the line With only a small impregnation with water, used as catalyzer, the fast-curing tape can reach a hardness of 80 Shore after 10-15 minutes of contact with moisture.
